About us
Rosalie Gourmet Market is a boutique food hall and has been operating for almost ten years. Its’ hallmark is high quality foods from around the world, supported by the best in fresh local produce and flowers from selected Australian growers. It is renowned for its range of cheese, fresh breads patisserie items and take home meals. Its aim is to deliver to the people of Brisbane the highest quality merchandise 7 days a week until 7pm every night, even on a Sunday evening. Brisbane people know they can find all the finest ingredients for an impromptu dinner party at The Rosalie Gourmet Market. Anything from antipasto, exotic soups, quail, fillet steak, rocket and fresh herbs, as well as beautiful ideas for desserts including seasonal fruits, and a selection of cheese that would rival the best in Australia.
 Rosalie Gourmet Market has an ongoing food educational program with supplier tastings conducted every Saturday.
Our evening cooking classes are also a popular event, they are held at least once a quarter. The classes feature the talented chefs behind the fabulous products available in the Market. Being on our mailing list is the best way to keep up to date with these events. Regular newsletters are sent out with the latest food products to hit the market, menus of upcoming events and of course the all important bits of spicy gossip around Rosalie.
Catering for corporate functions is an important part of our working week, as well as catering for private parties on the weekend. Gift baskets are a specialty here as everyone loves the variety of produce that can be included, flowers, mouthwatering chocolates, fresh fruit, and ripe cheeses.
