23 & 24 December - these canapes are only available to be provided chilled to reheat. We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

A minimum order of 12 per canape. Supplied chilled & ready to reheat, unless agreed with our catering team for them to be collected warm for immediate consumption.

From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.

Reheating instructions:

Arancini / Spring Rolls / Empanadas - Oven bake at 180C for 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
