Those who have visited us on a Saturday or Sunday in recent weeks will have noticed a dramatic change in our weekend salad offerings. Our newest addition to the team is trained chef Julian, who has been busy preparing a range of gourmet salads with housemade dressings. Choose from Potato, Spec & Dill with Honey Mustard Dressing or Buffalo Mozzarella, Poached Peach and Prosciutto, among other delicious delicacies.
